Dual-Wielding
When
dual-wielding, a character gains 50% of his main-hand attacks (rounded
up) as off hand attacks. Off hand attacks are taken concurrently
with alternate main-hand attacks, and have a -1 penalty as per the
Core Rules. This means that if a character has a melee pool of 13
and splits 3 ways he will be on 10, 9, 8 for his main-hand attacks,
and 9, 7 for his off-hand attacks.
Restrictions:
- Characters
must have a Dexterity of at least 4, as well as the Ambidexterity
merit. If the character does not have the Ambidexterity
Merit he is at a further -1 penalty to both his main and off-hand.
- The
Strength requirement for main-hand weapons must be less than
or equal to Strength - 1. For off-hand weapons the Strength
requirement must be less than or equal to Strength/2 (rounded
down).
